Some of our favorites: Lemon Vanilla Rasberry Torte - Yellow Cake - 3 Layers - Rasberry filling - Lemon Butter Creme - Sides done with shaved white chocolate. 3 layer chocolate mousse torte - Rich, dense, chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and wrapped in chocolate ganache and chocolate curls. (A chocolate lover's dream.) Your not so traditional carrot cake - 3 layers of moist carrot cake surrounded with caramel, praline and pecan filling, iced with a delicate cream cheese frosting. Checkerboard Torte - Yellow and chocolate cake, alternately designed enrobed white chocolate butter creme. Grand marnier Torte - 3 layers of orange cake filled with orange curd and finished off with a Grand Marnier butter creme.
